Cambodia's local English news agents said The Royal Cambodian Air Force will start to take delivery of 12 Chinese-made military helicopters from April next year.
The Z-9 military utility helicopter will be used for humanitarian purposes and defending the airspace. We need those helicopters to help when we meet disaster like flood or supply food and rescue the victims.
Harbin Z-9 is a license-built version of the French Eurocopter AS365 Dauphin, and is manufactured by Harbin Aircraft Manufacturing Corporation. First flight in 1981 and the introduction was in 1994. It have been produce since 1981 to present.
