83.09 million Facebook user accounts are fakes and dupes. If you're using a fake name, have a second profile or more, you have one of the 83.09 million fake accounts Facebook wants to disable. Facebook has 955 million monthly active users and 8.7% are actually duplicate or false accounts.
Facebook aims to finds and disable fake accounts, Facebook's chief security officer Joe Sullivan told CNN in a recent interview. "Our entire platform is based on people using their real identities."
