Phnom Penh, capital city of Cambodia, population is more than 2 million, is now developing so good with lots of skyscraper, public park or garden, public gym (for public use in some parks in Phnom Penh)... but behind of all above, lots of advertising billboard are seen anywhere around Phnom Penh as well. If we go along from Central Market to the airport we would see many billboards, especially near the airport which have for about every 200 meters. At the corner of the main streets, billboard not just stand in single but stand in group. Bayon TV had criticized last year about this issue also because some place look like a zone of billboard but there is no action after that. One billboard fee is about $1,000 per month or more base on location, that's why hundreds of billboard are surrounded the city.
