Vattanac Capital building will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2012. This building is the new highest building in Cambodia which the first one is a near by that is named Canadia Tower. Vattanac Capital is a 38-storey building and Canadia Tower is a 32-storey building and both are used for office space and business center. Vattanac Capital has a shape like dragon and face to the river which is built follow Chinese fotune (Hung Su).
There are many skyscraper are being built lately in Phnom Penh for other purpose uses such as office space, shopping center, sport center, entertainment center and apartment. So Phnom Penh would become a new modern city in Asia in near future.
