Redevelopment of Cambodiana Hotel

This is the Cambodiana hotel in the future. This project cost $93 million and locates at the present Cambodiana hotel,  at the confluence of the Mekong and Tonle Sap rivers, on the 3.5 hectares site.

This tower will be contructed by Amarapura Group. Amarapura Group also has the other projects in Cambodia such as Koh Rong Island and The Royal Tower. We don't have more detail about this project yet, whether when will they start and complete it.

The Royal Tower is a 36 storey building and cost $102 million, located in the heart of Phnom Penh.
