This bridge is given a name, 07 Makara bridge (07 January bridge) in order to remember Victory day on Khmer Rouge Regime. The bridge has a shape as "Y", flying cross over street number 271, along Russian Blvd and a seperated way to Kampuchea Krom Blvd.
It was started to build on December 2010 by OCIC construction company and cost $8.3 million.
