Malaria killed 98 Cambodians in 2011

98 people in Cambodia were killed by malaria in 2011, down 35% from 151 in 2010. The disease mostly attack people in the rainy season and in some provinces that have forests and mountains, such as Kratie, Rattanakiri, Preah Vihear, Kampong Thom, Kampong Cham and Mondulkiri. The fall down is to show that Cambodians people know well how to protect themself from malaria. Cambodia aims to eradicate malaria by 2015.
