It's really amazing once I saw some advertisements for selling their vehicles without import tax on a well-known local website. Actually there are thousands of items that posted on that website for selling and rent but I was surprised with some advertisements for selling cars and motorbikes which have no import tax documents.
Surely, to use and to sell vehicles which don't have import tax documents is absolutely illegal and abuse the state's law but why do they make announcements to sell those vehicles on the website in public without afraid of facing to the state's law.
