Royal Group not yet start constructing Royal Tower

Royal Tower

Royal Group's skyscraper project which was planed to complete in 2013 but now still has no action of constructing. Royal Group published in its website that it will build the Royal Tower which has 36 storey and the building will be completed in the middle of 2013. The Royal Tower will be constructed by Amarapura Group and cost about 102 million USD, located in the corner of Preah Monivong BLVD and Russian Federation BLVD.

It's a kind of office space building with 65,000 sqare meters and near a 32-storey biulding, Canadia Tower owned by Canadia Bank and a 37-storey building, Vattanac Capital, owned by Vattanac Bank which is in constructing process now and planed to complete in later this year.

This is no further information regarding the construction of the Royal Tower project or this project may be on pending.

Redevelopment of Hotel Cambodiana

Royal Group plans to redeevlop its Hotel Cambodiana as well, according to its website, cost about 93 million USD, located at the present Hotel Cambodiana.
