The giant construction investment and the owner of Koh Pich project, OCIC planned to build 10 skyscrapers on the east of National Olympic Stadium which the gold location in the town. Now they are working on the ground jobs for the skyscrapers including a 50 storey tower and others 20 to 30 storey towers. But the master plan is not completed yet now and planned to finish later this month.
The construction is scheduled to complete in 5 years then it would be a new highest building in Phnom Penh. This project is built on the good location for living and doing business but OCIC rents it from the government for 70 years only.
