There are many insurance companies in Cambodia which their services cover for car, motorbike, properties, health, accident but we'd never heard about life insurance in Cambodia. Now the first life assurance company launched in Phnom Penh, named "Cambodian Life", a joint venture by Cambodia' Ministry of Economy and Finance (51%) and four other partners PT Asuransi from Indonesia, Asia Insurance from Hong Kong, Bangkok Life Assurance and Bankok Insurance Public from Thailand. The service is very new for Cambodian people.
