3rd pass over (Sky Bridge) in Phnom Penh

New Steung Mean Chey bridge helps to improve traffic flow in its area but it still has long traffic jams during rush hours. Phnom Penh city hall decided to build 3rd pass over in clude small and short subway at Steung Mean Chey bridge this year to improve the traffic flow to be smoothly. The construction of this project will start sometimes in this year and also cover on some residential units.

Phnom Penh city hall is studying about possibility of Subway project as well which locate at Preah Monivong Blvd corner Russian Federation Blvd, in front of Canadia Tower.
