Actually there are many fashion shops in Phnom Penh, especially along Kampuchea Krom Blvd, Preah Monivong and Preah Sihanouk Blvd. Most of those fashions are imported from Hong Kong and Thailand.
Beside the growing of new fashion shops, used clothes are growing as well in Phnom Penh at the moment. We used to see the used clothes are sold in simply markets such as Central Market (Psa Thmei), Orussei Market and Beong Keng Kong Market etc. but now there are many used-clothes shops in Phnom Penh as well, named #1 used-clothes shop. Even used-clothes but price is between $3-$10 for one shirt, T-shirt or Jeans.
Cambodia is one of the major imported gateways for used clothes and not only sell in the local market but export to Vietnam also and Thailand is a good market for used-jeans.
