Street 2004 is a private road in Phnom Penh, for passenger car is 1,100 riel ($0.27) for once passing. If we go passing this street at day time, I think we would have no notice but at night time from the second payment counter of this street to end of the street at corner with Russian Blvd is the home of nightlife.
There are many BBQ restaurants, Beer gardens, KTV and night clubs a long the both side of this street. It's a good place to enjoy the nightlife such as enjoy eating BBQ and taking some beer with family or friends or having it at beer garden with beer promotion girls, singing and dancing in KTV or club. So there are many choises to spend nightlife there.
