If you travel around Phnom Penh in the evening, you will see many restaurants and BBQ pubs show their roasting cows in front of the shop along Phnom Penh's streets.

Cambodia's Prime Minister has banned spit-roasting cows in front of restaurants, calling it too cruel a sight. Prime Minister orders the ban after Buddhist monks told him this action is wrong for our religion.

They could grill and roast it inside kitchens because it looks unhygienic to roast cows along roadside with dusts. Why need to show like this? They can make a picture or banner and dispay somewhere in front of restaurants if they would like to advertise for their customers.
