Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) opened officially in Phnom Penh on Wednesday, 30 November, 2011. ICBC is the second Chinese bank operating in Cambodia after Bank of China opened officially in May of this year. The banking industry in Cambodia is growing so fast for recent years and ICBC is the 30th commercial bank of this country.
