Smart Mobile, one of Cambodia's leading mobile phone operators, had announced the officially launch of HSPA+ (3.75G) services to its users. This new network service will provides Smart Mobile's users the maximum data download speeds of 21Mbps and upload speeds of up to 5.7Mbps and is now available in Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville, with plans to extend service coverage to Siem Reap, Battambang and Kampong Cham soon later.
