According to Voice of America's website on 24th August 2011 said Cambodia prepared to buy Chinese helicopters. Cambodia will buy Z-9 series helicopters to be used for disaster management and to fight terrorism. The website did not confirm how many helicopters to be bought. Cambodian pilots and crew will require training and technical assistance for the new aircraft.
